2) Appointments, estimates, and authorizations

Appointment times are requested and confirmed based on availability.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time; additional issues may be discovered during diagnosis.

You authorize our technicians to perform agreed work and test-drive the vehicle when necessary for diagnosis/verification.
3) Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact details and vehicle information. You are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle before service.
4) Payments, fees, and deposits
Payment is due as shown on your invoice. Some jobs may require deposits for special-order parts. Returned checks, chargebacks without cause, or declined payments may result in additional fees as permitted by law.
5) Parts, warranties, and limitations
Parts may be covered by manufacturer warranties, and labor coverage (if offered) will be described on your invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, racing/competition use, accidents, modifications, or normal wear.
6) Online purchases (if applicable)
Product listings may change. If an obvious pricing/spec error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order or contact you for next steps.
7) Acceptable website use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools that harm performance, or abuse promotions/returns.
8) Returns and refunds

9) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services/products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service/order at issue.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida unless otherwise required.
11) Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective indicates acceptance.
